Some high-security components are exposed to particular forces and therefore require a manufacturing process that increases the strength of the steel. This process is forging. Here, too, it is possible to produce small series through to mass-produced items with a high degree of dimensional accuracy. There is nothing to prevent subsequent machining. The unit weights range from a few grams to several kilograms.

Forged parts can be perfectly adapted to their intended use and are capable of withstanding high static and dynamic loads.
